If you are still on 2012 SP1, and have some problem with it, and do not want to, or cannot, go to SQL 2012 SP2 (or SQL 2014), there is an update available since 21/7 at Microsoft:
Build : 11.00.3449
File Version : 2011.110.3449.0
KB : 2975396 Cumulative update package 11 (CU11) for SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 1
Link : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2975396/en-us
Among the fixes are: Log Reader Agent, deadlocks, insert in FileTable/FILESTREAM, long CASE statements, MDX/DAX-queries against multiple dimension members, SSRS, memory leaks, PowerPivot in SharePoint 2013.
If you have one of these problems (check the link for the full content and other details), then you should apply the update on your system.
Don’t forget to test the update before applying it to a production environment.
