On 22 of April 2014 Microsoft released the first cumulative update for SQL Server 2014, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2931693.
If you are thinking of migrating to 2014, but don’t want to be the earliest adopter – now you have a slightly better 2014 version to go to. Could make that decision a bit easier to make.

As usual you should proceed with care and test your application before deploying a new version to your production environment.
